Anaghaya Gausha Stone For Face Massage
Description and Usage
A Gua Sha stone is a smooth, flat tool typically made from jade, rose quartz, or other healing crystals. It's traditionally used in Chinese medicine to promote circulation, release muscle tension, and enhance lymphatic drainage. The practice of "Gua Sha" involves gently scraping the skin to improve blood flow and encourage natural healing.
How to Use a Gua Sha Stone:
Cleanse your face and apply Kumkumadi face serum to reduce friction.
Hold the stone at a 15°–30° angle to your skin.
Gently scrape in upward and outward strokes
Jawline & Chin: Glide from the center of the chin along the jawline toward the ear.
Cheeks: Sweep from the nose outward to the ear.
Under-eyes: Lightly stroke from the inner corner to the temple.
Forehead: Start between the eyebrows and move upward to the hairline.
Repeat each motion 3–5 times per area.
Clean the stone after each use with warm water and gentle soap.
Use it 2–3 times a week for best results.
