Ritual as per Ayurveda -

Step 1 - Ghee Nasya

In the night just before sleep time, put two drops of warm melted ghee in each nostril in sleeping position with head slightly tilted. Massage lightly on forehead for a few moments.

How to use. Put the bottle in warm water few minutes. Let the ghee melts, once the ghee melts put 2,3 drops in both nostrils.

Step - 2 Stress relief head massage oil

Apply warm oil all over scalp moderately. Massage gently in circular motion. Leave it on for an hour or overnight as desired.

English Ingredients. Sesame oil, Margosa, Neem, Indian lilac, Aloevera, Bottlegourd, Cow's milk, Liquorice Root, Indian gooseberry,Beleric myrobalan,Chebulic myrobalan, Spikenard, Indian pennywort, False daisy.

Step - 3 Hair Mask

Apply hair mask & leave it on for about 20 minutes.

English Ingredients. Fuller's earth, False daisy, Indian gooseberry, Lodh tree, Neem, Egyptian privet, Indian madder, Indian pennywort.

Step - 4 Herbal Shampoo

Wash and rinse well.
